Account Deletion

You can delete your Pubs With Playgrounds account directly in the app from the Account screen.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@pubswithplaygrounds.com from the email address linked to your account.

Deleting your account

The account-deletion process removes your sign-in account and attempts to remove your profile, favourites, reviews and linked contact messages. If something remains or the process fails, contact us so it can be investigated.

What may be retained

Deleting an account does not automatically delete every photo, venue contribution, moderation record, correspondence record, backup, working copy or social post. Retained personal information remains subject to your privacy rights.

To request removal of a particular photo or record, email us with enough information to identify it. Removing content from the app does not automatically remove it from Instagram or Facebook. See the Privacy and photo-use policy for retention information and your rights.
